Offsetting

Carbon offsetting can be done through tree planting and/or by the implementation of renewable energy projects.

Planting trees can be a corporate activity with the participation of employees and their families, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. This activity offers the participants direct contact with nature. Furthermore, participants can learn the identification of native species and tree care.

FGdE has developed methodologies to estimate the amount of emissions captured by native species. This process allows us to determine the amount of trees to be planted in order to neutralize the emissions.
